His name is 'John Tremont', he did a few videos with EastBoys in 2014, including this one. They all center around flexing/muscles. Like most of the EastBoys catalog he's Czech, and so pretty!
I’d suggest he needs to be nude but I think that’s obvious however I’m afraid judging by all the other East boys they’d make him shave his pubic hair off which is a shame!
